San Antonio, Texas, US

The event included pre-conference sessions on July 6th, presentations, workshops, symposia on July 7-9, keynote speeches in each subject area, and special events, including a dance concert featuring regional Texas dance forms and an optional San Antonio Riverwalk Excursion.

Scholarly, practical and student oral presentations, roundtable discussions, and specific content symposia and workshops were all welcome. Oral presentations lasted 20 minutes (including questions from the audience). Symposia (panel discussions) and workshops were scheduled for 60 minutes. We had roundtable discussion presentations for 20 minutes and student roundtable research presentations. This format provided for a more interactive, less formal presentation approach.
